Great Britain's opening Eurobasket opponents, Slovenia, have been hit by an injury to NBA point guard Beno Udrih. The Sacramento Kings back-up is expected to miss the entire tournament after damaging his knee.
It comes a week after the Slovene staff took the decision to axe LA Lakers guard Sasha Vujacic after a series of poor performances.
