Channel 4 has confirmed that it will screen four highlights programmes of Great Britain's Men’s and Women’s home Eurobasket qualifiers next month. The featured games will be GB Women v Slovakia and GB Men v Ukraine from the NIA in Birmingham and GB Women v Germany and GB Men v Bosnia & Hergovina from the Liverpool Echo Arena.
The one hour highlights programmes will be broadcast on four consecutive Sunday’s starting on August 22 at 7am, with the subsequent shows starting at 7.30am, 7.00am and 8.00am.

We have worked with Channel 4 before so it was the obvious platform and partner for what should be a feast of basketball. This is the first time that British Basketball has staged double headers so it will generate a lot of interest in both the men’s and women’s games as well as producing some compelling TV viewing.”
